Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: All Dean Miller Products have a 14 (Fourteen) Day Full
Money Back Guarantee starting from the time you receive your order. You
may refund or exchange your order for any reason you like. Dean Miller
does not reimburse shipping and handling charges.
Throw it on your bed, see if you like it, if not send it back! We have
NO restocking fees, and want to make sure you are happy with your order.
Q: What are your shipping
charges? Do you ship internationally?
A: West Coast Shipping (CA, OR, WA, AZ, NV) is a flat rate of $9.00 no
matter how much you order, all other
continental states is a flat rate fee of $12.00 no matter how
much you order. Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is $17.00. Yes we ship
internationally, in my experience it is usually around $40.00 for
shipping overseas, if you are ordering small items we can give you a
quote if you like.
Q: Are all items in stock? When will my order ship?
A: About 75% of our items are in stock and ready to ship, all of our Hawaiian fabrics are in stock and item(s) can be produced within 1 -1.5 weeks at our warehouse in Santa Ana, California if your order is not in stock. Usually the item(s) out of stock are odd sized Hawaiian fabric bed skirts, pillowcases, or window panels. But for the most part, we ship orders within 1 - 3 business days of receiving your order. If you would like to check stock on a particular Hawaiian bedding item please give us a call at 949.545.6730 and we will gladly check for you!
Q. Do you have a printed catalog you can send me?
A. The simple answer is No. Our online catalog is always more update and easier to maintain than a printed catalog, but we do have a mailing list if you would like to be on it, since we are always throwing the idea around of making a printed catalog. Just shoot us an email if you want to be on our tropical bedding list.
Q. Will you mail me a swatch of a fabric?
A. Absolutely! Simply call or send us an email to deanmillersheets@yahoo.com and include which Hawaiian fabrics you would like and a full address to mail your swatches to.
Q. I want to return an order I placed with you, what do I do?
A. If you can make a copy of your invoice and simply write on the invoice please refund / exchange or whatever you would like to do and send back all returns to: Dean Miller Surf Bedding, LLC Attn: Returns 33511 Nancy Jane Court, Dana Point, California 92629. All refunds will issued back to your credit within 2 - 3 business days of receiving your return.
Q. Do you have store or showroom to see your products in person?
A. Dean Miller surf bedding does not currently have our Hawaiian bedding showroom open to the public right now, long story, but we are working on it! Sorry but you will have to shop our web store for beach bedding in the meantime.
Q. Where are your products made?
A. All Dean Miller products are made here in Sunny Southern California with imported Hawaiian fabric material.
Q. Are all your patterns available in sheet sets?
A. No, we only have one pattern in sheet sets right now, very nice set though.
Q. Do you do custom sizes?
A. No. We used to do custom sizes a long time ago and it turned out to be a nightmare. To help you we decided to sell our hawaiian fabric by the yard for all you sewers out there, and there are plenty of alterations shops that will gladly do custom sizes to help you.
